1. Trouble creating your account?
Problem: You’re stuck registering or can't complete the first-time sign-up.
Fix it:
Double-check your email for the verification link, sometimes it hangs out in your spam folder.
Make sure your password meets all requirements (length, special characters, etc.).
Still no email? Try resending it, or reach out to support for help.
2. Staying logged In for easy repeat orders
What to expect: When you log in, the system keeps you signed in by default. That way, you can jump straight into design or ordering without re-entering credentials.
Why it works: This persistent login feature makes returning a breeze, eliminating the need to log in each time.
If it doesn’t stick:
Check that cookies are enabled in your browser settings.
Make sure you're not in incognito/private mode, which typically clears login data when closed.
If the problem persists, try clearing your cache or contact support.

3. Is the upload label file failing?
Problem: Your label won't upload, or you get an error.
Fix it:
Confirm your file format is valid: ideally a high-res PNG with transparency, or a flattened PDF/JPG for standard rectangular labels.
Check that your images is under 20mb.
Avoid locked or corrupted files. Always use a clean, unlocked format.

4. Label looks off when rendered on the bottle
Problem: Misaligned, blurry, or truncated label.
Fix it:
Ensure your PNG matches the die-cut shape exactly, and has clean, crisp edges.
Use the advanced settings: label height, bottom offset, width, and horizontal offset, to fine-tune placement.
Pro tip: Once you nail a layout, save the offsets, you can reuse them for consistency across designs.
5. Payment or checkout glitch
Problem: Your card doesn’t go through, or the payment stalls.
Fix it:
Verify your card details (number, expiration, CVV) are entered correctly.
Some cards trigger extra verification; check your bank app or email for steps.
If the problem persists, try a different browser or use a different card.
6. No image to download
Problem: You paid for a bottle shot, but never received the download link in your inbox.
Fix it:
Check your spam folder for an email with the download link.
